We work by appointment rather than as a walk-in storefront. That is a deliberate choice — it keeps overhead off your quote and keeps attention on the work. Email gets you a written record, lets us look at your file before we answer, and gets you a real answer faster than phone tag. Want a call? Ask for one in your first email and we will schedule it.

What to include so we can quote fast

• What you want made. “Shirts” is fine to start; “60 navy tees, front print only” is faster.
• How many. Quantity moves price more than anything else, so a rough number beats no number.
• When you need it in hand. The real date, not a padded one — we will tell you honestly if it works.
• Artwork, if you have it. Any format. We will tell you what we can use. See the file prep guide.
• Budget, if you have one. Not required, but it lets us design to it instead of guessing past it.

Response time

Quotes usually come back the same business day. If you send something late Friday, expect Monday. If a deadline is genuinely urgent, put the date in the subject line and we will treat it that way.

Traxler Graphics is based in Columbus, Ohio and serves Columbus and Central Ohio, including Columbus · Grandview Heights · Upper Arlington · Clintonville · Bexley · Worthington · Dublin · Hilliard · Westerville · Gahanna · Grove City · New Albany · Powell · Delaware · Pickerington · Reynoldsburg. Files travel and boxes ship, so out-of-region work is welcome when the job is worth shipping.
