Nonprofit and festival work has a shape to it: a fixed date that will not move, a budget approved months ago, a volunteer count that changes twice a week, and a board member who needs to see a proof. We have run enough of it — for public radio, for children’s charities, for one of the largest volunteer-run festivals in the country — to plan around all four.

Why this works

Deadlines that do not move

An event date is not a preference. We schedule backwards from your in-hands date and tell you the last honest day to approve a proof — before you commit, not after.

Sizing for a crowd you cannot poll

Volunteers sign up late and nobody knows their size. Our sizing guide and calculator turns a headcount into a size breakdown, and we build in the overage that keeps the last five people from going without.

Sponsor logos handled properly

Sponsor art arrives as whatever the sponsor happened to have. We redraw, resize and lay out the whole wall of logos so the tier hierarchy reads correctly and nobody’s mark looks like it was pulled off a website.

A budget conversation, not a quote wall

Tell us the number you have. We will tell you what it actually buys — a different blank, one fewer ink colour, a smarter quantity — instead of quoting past it and hoping.

Minimums & turnaround

Screen printing starts at 24 pieces per design; DTF and DTG have no minimum; embroidery starts at 12. Most printed pieces start at 100 (table tents 25; stationery and door hangers 250; EDDM 200), and signs, banners and stickers have no minimum at all. Turnaround runs 3–5 business days on digital print to 7–10 on apparel, from proof approval. Full detail on the pricing page.

Questions we get

Do you offer nonprofit pricing?
Tell us the budget and the cause and we will work with it. We would rather find the version of the job that fits your number than quote a job you cannot buy. We have printed for public radio, children’s charities and volunteer-run festivals on real nonprofit budgets.
How many shirts should we order for volunteers?
Order to headcount plus 5–10% overage, weighted toward L and XL. Our sizing calculator does the arithmetic — for a general adult volunteer group the starting grid is S 10%, M 20%, L 27%, XL 23%, 2XL 13%, 3XL 7%.
Can you handle sponsor logos we did not create?
Yes, and it is routine. Sponsors send whatever they have. We redraw low-resolution marks to vector and lay out sponsor walls so the tiers read correctly. Redraw work is quoted, and it is usually small.
What is your deadline for an event date?
Standard apparel turnaround is typically 7–10 business days after proof approval, so work back from your event and add a buffer for approvals. Tell us the event date in your first email and we will tell you the last day we can start.

If it can be printed, we make it.
