RESOURCE — PRINT TEMPLATES
Free print templates, bleed included.
Business cards, postcards, EDDM, rack cards, flyers, yard signs and round stickers, with bleed, trim and safe zones marked. Free to download, no sign-up.
Free, print-ready templates in the sizes we print most. Each one shows three lines: the red edge is the bleed, the black line is where the piece is cut, and the dashed blue line is the safe zone. Design over it, then hide the template layer before you export.

Download PDFHow to use a template
- Place it on its own layer. Open the PDF in your design app, or place it as the bottom layer of a new document at the same size.
- Run backgrounds to the red edge. Anything that touches the edge of the finished piece has to extend all the way to the bleed.
- Keep words inside the blue line. Text, logos, phone numbers and QR codes stay inside the safe zone.
- Hide the template and export. Export a PDF at the full bleed size with fonts outlined and images at 300 DPI at final size (100–150 DPI is plenty for yard signs and banners).
- Check it, then send it. Run the file through the print file checker, then attach it to your quote request.
Need a size that is not here? Ask for it in your quote request and we will send a template built to your exact piece. Every file still gets a free review before it prints.
Questions people ask
What is bleed?
Artwork that extends 0.125 in past the finished edge, so a tiny shift in cutting never leaves a white sliver.
What is the safe zone?
The area inside the trim where text and logos are safe from the cutter. Keep anything important inside the dashed blue line.
Do I have to use these templates?
No. They are a head start. Any file built at the right size, with bleed and a safe margin, works. Not sure? Run it through the file checker.
Which programs do these work in?
They are standard PDFs, so they open in Illustrator, InDesign, Affinity, Photoshop, Canva and most other design tools.
