PRODUCT — CUSTOM T-SHIRTS
Custom t-shirts people actually wear.
Screen printed or DTF, on name-brand blanks, designed and produced by a studio that prints its own retail brands. Tell us the count and the date, and we will tell you the best way to make it.

What makes a custom shirt worth printing
A shirt only works as marketing if somebody chooses to wear it on a Saturday. That comes down to three things you control: the blank, the print method and the art. We help with all three, and we print our own retail lines, currentfruitions, Surf Ohio® and Ten Dollar Tee, to the same standard we print yours.

Screen printing or DTF?
Screen printing costs the most to set up and the least per shirt once it is running: one screen per color, per location. For 24 or more of the same design in a few spot colors, it is the most durable, best-value print there is.
DTF skips the screens and prints full color from a transfer film. It fits small runs, photographic art, and orders where every shirt carries a different name. We run both, so there is no reason to steer you. The print method comparison goes deeper.
What moves the price
- Quantity. Setup is fixed, so it spreads thinner as the count goes up. On screen printing, going from 24 to 48 often drops the per-shirt cost by about a third.
- Colors and locations. A front and a back are two setups. A four-color design is four screens.
- The blank. A light retail tee, a heavyweight tee and a work tee are three different starting points.
- Your art. Print-ready vector art costs nothing to prepare. A logo saved off a website has to be redrawn first.
- The deadline. Give us the real in-hands date early and you get standard scheduling.
How to order
- Count it. Total quantity plus a size breakdown. The sizing calculator turns a headcount into sizes.
- Pick a blank. Or tell us how the shirt will be used and we will pick one for the budget.
- Send the art. Vector files are best. No art yet? We design it.
- Approve the proof. The turnaround clock starts here, so approve the day you get it.
- Pick up or ship. Pickup in Columbus, or we ship.
Ordering for a team, school or event? How to order group shirts without the last-minute scramble. Want to sell them, too? We can list your designs online and print each order as it sells.
