PRODUCT — EMBROIDERED HATS
Embroidered hats with a clean stitch.
Structured caps, trucker hats, dad hats and beanies, embroidered from 12 pieces and digitized properly so small lettering does not turn to mush.
Good hat embroidery starts before the machine runs
Embroidery does not print your logo. It rebuilds it in thread, and a hat front is a small, curved space. Thin lines, tiny type and gradients that look fine on a business card fall apart at hat scale. We digitize your logo once, simplify what will not stitch cleanly, and keep the file, so every reorder matches the last one.

Design rules of thumb
- Keep it compact. A structured front panel holds roughly two to two and a quarter inches of height. Wide logos shrink to fit, and detail goes first.
- Mind the small type. Lettering under about a quarter inch tall gets hard to read in thread.
- Fewer colors read better. Two or three thread colors usually beat six.
- Use the side and back. A small mark or a web address on the side or back adds polish without crowding the front.
Questions people ask
What is the minimum for embroidered hats?
12 pieces. You can mix hat colors within an order of the same design.
What is digitizing?
Digitizing turns your logo into a stitch file that tells the machine where every stitch goes. It is a one-time setup; reorders reuse the same file.
Can any logo be embroidered?
Most can, sometimes with simplification. Gradients, very thin lines and tiny type need adjusting. We will show you a proof before anything is stitched.
Can you embroider hats I already have?
Ask us with the brand and style. Some hats embroider well and some do not, and we will tell you before you commit.
If it can be printed, we make it.
