CASE STUDY — POLLINATION GARDENS
One brand, every surface.
Pollination Gardens came to us for a piece and left with the whole system: identity, website, print, signage, truck decals and the shirts on the crew’s backs. The identity won a silver medal at the 2024 Print Excellence Awards.

The work
Pollination Gardens is a pollinator garden business, and its brand has to work in a lot of places: on a website, a yard sign, a truck door, a crew shirt and a sticker handed out at an event. We built the identity first, then carried it onto everything it touches, so every piece looks like it came from the same company, because it did.
- Brand identity. The mark and system that ties everything together.
- Website. Design and build, including the team page.
- Signage and print. Signs and printed collateral in the same system.
- Vehicle graphics. Decals on the truck doors and tailgates, and graphics for a new dump trailer.
- Crew apparel. “Grow Native Plants” tees and long sleeves with a Pollination Gardens locker tag on the back, reordered as the crew grows.
- Stickers. Cecropia moth and monarch stickers to hand out.

Recognized by the industry
The Pollination Gardens identity won a silver medal at the Graphic Media Alliance’s 2024 Print Excellence Awards. Awards are nice. What matters more to a small business is that the brand still holds up when it is stitched on a shirt, cut in vinyl and printed on a sign, which is what this one was built to do.
Why one studio
When a logo, a website, a truck and a uniform come from four vendors, they drift: four slightly different greens, four versions of the mark. Keeping the brand and the production in one place means the files, colors and placements carry from job to job. Every reorder of crew shirts matches the last one.
