CASE STUDY — TEN DOLLAR TEE
Ten dollars. No warehouse.
Ten Dollar Tee is a faith-based apparel brand Zach co-founded with Ben, built so a shirt about faith is easy to buy for yourself and for the friend who needs the reminder more than you do. Every tee in S to XL is $10, and the only way that works is a business with no shelves full of shirts. So we built it without them.

The idea
A shirt with a message is an easy thing to buy for someone else, as long as the price does not make you think twice. Ten Dollar Tee started there: bold designs built around a verse or a short reminder, on heavyweight cotton, at a price where buying two is easy. Some designs carry the verse reference right on the shirt so you can look it up.
How the price holds
- No inventory. Each tee is printed after it is ordered. Skipping the warehouse is a big part of how the price stays at $10.
- Size pricing, stated up front. Bigger shirts cost more to make, so 2XL through 5XL run $12 to $15, and the store says so before anyone reaches checkout.
- A tight line. Twelve designs across adult and youth tees and hoodies, so a new design is one decision, not a new product family.
- An email list, not an ad budget. The First Look Club sends new designs to subscribers before they post anywhere else.

What we built
The Shopify store, the product pages, the copy that explains the price before anyone asks, the email signup, and the print-on-order workflow behind it. It is the same system we set up for clients who want to sell merch online without buying inventory.
Have a message worth printing?
Churches, ministries, teams and causes can run the same model: a small line, printed as it sells, with no boxes in the basement. Tell us about it.
If it can be printed, we make it.
